Almost every reseller you will talk to has no idea how chilled water is sized. No unit is a set tonnage. 20 tons or 30 or..... It all depends on the incoming water temperature and to some extent the temperature and humidity you are looking to keep the room. If you are feeding the unit with 40 degree water or 48 degree water, or??? will give you more or less tonnage. So a CW060 /DH376 is 17.5 to 22 tons depending on the water temp and flow.
